Well yes and no...Next door community ran buses to get kids to and from school for breakfast and lunch during a teacher's strike. Board president lost his job over it but I'd bet he'd do it again.
He publicly ate a shit sandwich for that comment but, being a Republican, he's already forgotten that.

In the UK teachers are supposed to be child minders; they are expected to teach children to use the toilet, eat at the table, etc., etc..
